  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

RED ONE was supposed to be "completely modular," too, but it turns out there are some parts that it's just easier to replace the camera completely. So I'm taking a grain of salt with that part of it.

I'm excited about the announcement, just saying. I won't be surprised if we find ourselves trading in Epic bodies for the 8K "RED Armageddon" or whatever within 2 years.

2. A RED ONE owner can purchase any EPIC and trade in their RED ONE for full $17,500 value towards the purchase... just as we promised.

key word: "any Epic"

as in... there will be multiple Epic packages and configurations at start up?

I hope you are onto something there...

It amazes me what this company will do for its customers. Awesome.

any one seen this one?

Is Monty Hall emceeing this rollout! It's gonna be a long showcase I fear. But worth watching. Just glad he put the terms up beforehand so we can see the prizes we are bidding on before making our final decision.

Very good terms, too. (Yes Virginia, there IS a Jannard Clause)

I knew I should have just ignored the reduser and gotten blitzed enough to sleep through until noon tomorrow.

Yea... I was trying to be funny :bleh:

but also - notice how different the production model looks from that prototype pic ... I have to say the new pics for Scarlet/Epic really look great - the designs are polished!
