Ditto on all of the hundreds of excited posts. Quick question:

I heard from an fxguide podcast that, with respect to lens mounts, we will be able to put just about any mount on any brain. So, for the 2/3 Scarlet, will we be able to use a PL mount, or will we be limited to Red minis, C and B4 mounts?

don't think so. Has been addressed elsewhere by Jim. Epic and scarlett have different dimensions, ie. Body width. But as you know everything will be subject to change...

Just came off an 8 day RED shoot for the Marines and my only complaint was not having an optical viewfinder. 600mm lens with tanks coming at us etc. Will be posting clips soon

Was that 600 the Pentax 600mm f4?
By the way this lens is very very good and will cover any cine format including 65mm. So it will be good for any large sensor models to come.

Yeah it's a goody. I modified one for the Showscan 65mm cameras, it made for some impressive shots.
Here's one for sale at a good price.
And with the dedicated 1.4x extender you have an 840mm f5.6

PS Technik in Munich is working on a optical Viewfinder which should work on any PL Mount, it will work with a 50:50 beam splitter so you´ll loose a stop. i think it´s still under development, didn´t see anything on the last trade show in Sept. at PS Technik booth.
