Hehe... I just had a discussion today with a local "broadcast engineer" who didn't know the difference between a megabit and a megabyte... They're out there.

Hi Jarred, I saw that someone else posted this question, but it never got answered. I am also wondering about frame rates. I know that the Scarlet is doing 120fps. Are there any plans to make a burst rate that is higher?
Cheers
I believe that it has already been stated that there will in fact be a burst rate higher than 120fps (what it will be I don't know) on the SCARLET.![]()

Ah OK, it's just that I saw the Philip Bloom test at 300fps, and I wondered if the Scarlet might be doing the same. FPS is the primary reason I want Scarlet, so 300 would be off the chart. And anything else that is shooting that high is either utter crap (that Casio thing), or mega expensive.
Nothing going on in Copenhagen tonight then? hehe
Last we heard (a few years ago) the burst was 150 fps.
Jarred,
Any way you guys could announce the Scarlet ship date with enough lead time for us to save up [and not buy a different camera]. Couple months at least would be SO NICE. Looking forward to seeing what you've been busy on.

Will the Scarlet Removable have the same back focus adjustment that the Epic has?
