+1 Monitor Adaptor not working?

Hi guys,

I just took delivery of a +1 monitor adaptor to eventually buy a RED BOMB EVF. I was just testing it out with my 7" touch monitor and it doesn't seem to be sending a signal? I can see the monitor backlight comes on so there is power running through it. Just no actual picture. Nothing is wired into the front EVF/LCD port

Anything I need to configure in the settings?

Do you have the mini HDMI angled cable plugged in ?
The +1 module takes video signal from the HDMI DSMC1 outputconnector (adding power and touch features) to create the second monitor path...

have similar problem and they are saying my HDMI IOB board needs to be changed. now it looks like more and more it might be some other problem if you are gettin similar problem...

Did you submit a support ticket?

check if your HDMI is activated in the menu or the Hz rate is set to something different than 60Hz (60Hz is needed for the monitor). Maybe there is a problem with Scarlet MX sending 60Hz Signal over HDMI.
