Hi, We have 2 RED one units. One of the units fan are making 'tooooo' much noise in Standard mode ,quite mode,silent and Hot mode . It is not making noise in Auto mode.(maybe it will once the camera gets hot)...What could be the reason? Thks Harcharan

Hi, What I see is that the RED items including the camera does not have any part number imprinted on them. This is a essential requirement if the item has to be shipped back for repairs or replacement because the item is physically checked and matched with the part number in the custom stamped...
