A visual evolution of the line would be fantastic. From Breadbox to precision cut aluminum...

;)

When I ordered my cameras, they were referred to as "Spike". They weren't that early in line, so was wondering if cameras continue on that "chassis" or was a line name dropped after Spike? Just curious.

"RED ONE Collectors" and "RED ONE History"? Jim, are you setting us up for a big announcement or just taking a day to admire your growing empire? :)

Probably the latter, but thats fine with me. RED has a very interesting history.

Here are some photos.

I hope I'm allowed to post them here, otherwise please feel free to remove them.

Jim, I imagine that the prototypes are also in your possession and priceless as well? Your seem to have a monopoly on early RED gear :) Mind sharing with other collectors?

Speaking of history... I wonder if Jim and co. had to pay for red.com... I would imagine someone would have had it before?

I was always bummed that frankie was not an optional case design for the One. That would have been the best.

haha this is hilarious looking at old red web-pages.

Wow, I remember seeing the that old page from early '07, with only the clips of the milk ladies, bubble gum, and glasses torrent downloads. Even knowing so little back then, I had a feeling RED would be a gamechanger!

By the way, anyone notice this?
