  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

BTW: What happened to the FUNNY little creature eating NUTS??? I got my friend and his son to watch the teaser and told them wait for the end it will be so funny, but no Chipmunk??

That was at the of the older reel actually. The one they showed in RED RAY 10mbit/s. It was priceless!

So... what you're saying is that you were surprised by the nature of the surprise but you weren't surprised by the actual surprise? I find that more surprising than irritating, surprisingly enough. (:

The reel at NAB last year was fabulous too. Wish I could have seen this one in 4K also but even at 720P it's amazing. Can't wait show it off to a few friends/clients.

Great work from Plaster City and all the DP's and Directors out there that took part in this.

I thought Steven Spielberg swore never to work on anything other than film?

Did the same on my Hitachi 57" RPTV.

Simply superb! Even using the QT Pro passthrough that reduced the file size somewhat the footage was still remarkable.

That one's staying on my PS3 for...well, forever. :thumbsup:

Oh, and Sage Pictures? Thanks for the QT Pro PS3 conversion tip. Worked great!

I'm not one to bust my load over just seeing and hearing about Red cameras, but I must say this is some damn fine footage. It's a shame a lot of people are off-put from the Red Ones because of the early firmware builds. Hopefully the Scarlet and Epic will juvinate the Red name. And then rejuvinate.

That was, I believe, an MTV shoot. Probably a "show up and shoot" PSA.
 
That was truly a remarkable reel, and it has made my job to convert people here in Korea way easier. Thanks to everyone involved. I'm very grateful for what Red has given to me.. amazing stuff to live for.

It was great to see some of you at NAB. Cheers!
 
Hmm,
Trying to download onto a MBP with no luck, "Save As" is greyed out, how big is the file?
