Why no Scarlet equivalent "Tattoo" ?

[Carlos Reyes]

Just wondering why guys over at red didn't release any official scarlet footage, I know its the same sensor as the epic, but idk maybe showing how the frame rates at cropped sensor can be put to good use or something like that

Crop Tattoo into 4k and there it is...

I plan on doing some work with my scarlet as soon as it arrives, and I promise you I won't disappoint you.

lookin forward to it man

Theres gonna be a lot of scarlets out in the wild real soon, I just found it strange... Its pretty awesome you can sell so many cameras without showing a single image from it, even knowing its the same sensor as epic, its something about seeing a video like tonaci's skin tones shots and seing scarlet in the name, its like, " Woah, its real."

There is.

Its the video of the guy on the skateboard that's in 120 fps.

But I think it was for the 8x fixed version.

[Terry VerHaar]

They are planning on you making it!!

Also, it was brought up that the resolution in the QT file is 1K. The footage holds up pretty decently on a 720p conform IMHO.

Wouldn't the Scarlet equivalent be everything that was shot on R1 pre-mx? (even though the Scarlet would push out with better DR but we are discussing 4K and not 4.5K)
