  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

WHO TOOK DRAGON UPGRADE????

My Epic-X late afternoon April 8th was added to the list, but I don't have a time stamp because my Bomb Squad rep had to do it for me since red.com wasn't letting me.

Stupid question: I clicked "wire transfer" as my method of payment, but would now like to switch to credit card. Red has just told me the no credit cards will be billed until our cameras are ready to be processed. Has anyone's credit card actually been billed yet? I'd hate to loose my place in line due to payment fubar.

Talk to your rep, Alex. Payment isn't actually going through yet anyways. You should have no problem. Also, if you go to the store, you will probably find that your dragon update (in relation to your camera number) has been executed. Not sure on this last point for I put my order in directly with my rep.

so whats an individual's turnaround time from looking at the list of names? i assume thats why this list is being created… ?

I think the turnaround would be very fast because thats why the RED LAB was put up at NAB RED Booth.Visitors of NAB can update us how much time it was taking to update a camera....

Further as soon as notifications for DRAGON upgrades start coming I would request to update on this thread so that we can understand at what stage the upgrades are.
