  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Who shipped their scarlet for a EPIC-X?

Ive not heard a single peep from Red Europe, given my Scarlet is only a few months old, shouldn't be a problem, just hoping they are busy, although mine should be amongst the first there. Hoping ill hear something tomorrow, would be ideal if the Epic arrived some point next week.

When do you get a confirmation that they have recieved it? It came in 7:30 am this morning and no email?
 
My baby RED Scarlet Violet #1720 is in transit to RED from sunny Perth, Western Australia. :) Now to wait for something a bit more Epic ;)
 
RED Scarlet X bring directly to Red Europe yesterday in Pinewood, a nice journey from france.
Meet really pleasant and nice people in Red Europe Office. Epic !!

My Scarlet passed muster today, no repairs necessary... on to the next stage. They received it on Tuesday so 3 day turnaround on checking trade up Scarlets seems to be in order, pretty speedy if you ask me... BTW, for those with no body caps ! used plastic card cut to size taped securely...
 
Got my sales order receipt for my EPIC, just waiting on them to ship it out I guess :)
 
It's now been a week and a half since I dropped it off at RED Hollywood and nothing. Apparently it isn't even done processing, so much for "3-5 business days". I had to rent a camera yesterday for a job and I hav ea full week of production booked next week so I'm very worried...
