  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Who shipped their scarlet for a EPIC-X?

You should contact Alan (alanz@redcom) who is RMA Support Lead since your camera is already overdue for 3-5 business day turnaround for evaluation.
 
I am waiting for my RED to be allocated, Jen Shockey charged me to overnight it so should be shipping out tomorrow and get it Friday!!!

Got an email tonight saying it passed inspection. Now epic is being processed.
 
So now I have 3-5 days for epic processing and then it ships, so probably end of next week it should arrive. That puts me, with shipping (shipped it out Monday, 13th - arrived the morning of 14th), at about 17-18 day turnaround. which doesn't seem to be the norm, I'm just lucky ;)

Which reminds me, I need to dust of the 5dm2 for this weekend.

Great news!! Your SCARLET-X MYSTERIUM-X to EPIC-X MYSTERIUM-X trade-in is almost complete.

Before we ship your new EPIC-X MYSTERIUM-X (BRAIN only), I would like to confirm a few things with you as well as make sure you have everything you need to get the most out of your new camera.

Upon allocation, please allow 3-5 business days processing time before your new EPIC order
 
Sweet Greg you will get an email the next day saying your red has been allocated and will ship it out that day!!! Got that yesterday, I get mine tomorrow can't wait!!!
 
Mine passed the evaluation and just confirmed my order for an Epic-X body.
Good timing before the long weekend!
 
Scarlet #232 paid upgrade 5/14, camera received by Red 5/16, inspected cleared 5/20, still waiting for Epic told 7-10 business days. Still waiting. . .
 
Its killing me I am still waiting on my tracking number :( hope it ships out today so I can get it tomorrow
