  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Who ordered EPIC stage 2? Let's try and count?

Crap! If that's right then I'm tail-end Charlie. I waited for a time to get my first R-1 until my second one was ready, then I barely cobbled the funds together to make the deposit for one of them late in the grace period. Those who reside on Olympus should stop using me for their amusement and divert their attention to the Greek financial crisis.

Can't find the posts right off hand, but Jarred has said more than once that when you signed up for Stage-2 has NOTHING to do with the order. It goes solely off the delivery date of your RED One.

* Stage 2 deliveries will be based on RED ONE delivery date, not order date.

Yes, Stage 2 EPIC-X will be delivered by RED ONE delivery date.

Hi Patrick,

So far I've only ordered the ActionProducts' Calypso bottom plate with their XLR Audio adaptor and 15mm rod mount. I'm looking into the top plates, the Actionproducts' top plate is looking good also. I've got a set of Blue handles and have been using a shoulder pad with our R1, which I still have to test with the Epic. As far as head and sticks, I think the Miller Arrow 55 which was sometimes a little small for the R1 will be a perfect fit, I just need to get a set of sturdier legs. For the time being our Sachtler 25 will serve with bigger lenses, but I want to sell it to buy an O'Connor 2060. That's it for now.

Uhh! My R1 #1832 was delivered 20/05/08(the logic way to write a date)...So maybe 2 weeks...

BTW does anyone know why you guys write dates this way? I guess its the way you say it: April 4th of 2008?

Just received our FedEx e-mail. Should have our Epic-X on Thursday.
