I would buy a 2/3 Scarlet with interchangeable lenses.

Scarlet S35 interchangeable ...!
How about a pony? :nonod:
Don't mean to pick on you personally, Luis, but this is exactly what I hate about these sorts of threads: yeah, everything is "subject to change," but to the best of my knowledge, there ain't no such animal.
If you want a RED camera with a Super-35 sized sensor and interchangeable lenses, buy a RED One, R1-MX, Epic-M or Epic-X ...
Scarlet S35 interchangeable ...!
Especially since they once planned two cams under $10K - the $7K S35 Scarlet and $9K FF35 Monstro Scarlet - coming out in 2009.
Those are pre HDRx prices, and considering the EPIC-s had to be significantly upgraded to be able to handle HDRx we herd a rough estimate of 12-15k for one, now if that was a package or brain I'm not sure but it's definitely not 7k anymore.
As for HDRx... the cost is not worth it to me. I still prefer the original idea of a $9K FF35 Monstro Sensor cam with 13 stops of real dynamic range instead. You wouldn't choose that too?
