Hey.
I just noticed that each of my cameras' "Mysterium X" logos are engraved in a different place, one above the Red logo and one below. See photo.
I think that's weird. Am I the only one?
Where is your logo?
Cheers,
Harry

I think the ones with the Mysterium-X engraved below uses a slightly better chip - I can´t prove it, but I feel it is very likely ;-)

From a purely visual standpoint, the one with it on the bottom looks far nicer.

Just, you know. In case it matters.

I agree with Eirik... the camera with the engraving below seems to have more dynamic range... and the actors look better.
Don't be jealous, those of you with engraving above! ;)
Cheers,
Harry

BTW, I'm going for either the "Most Frivolous Poll Of The Year" or "Most Inane Poll Of The Year" award, but I WAS hoping more people would vote...
Cheers,
Harry

With all due respect, that is kind of an amazing post, and in this thread of all places.

Ours are all below. :coolgleamA:

Mine is below, and whereas I would not call it "engraved," I would call it "branded." It more or less looks to me like they took a branding iron to the metal and burned off the top coating. It is definitely below the level of the surrounding finish. Fortunately it isn't crooked. I can't believe they would even do so a thing. Let's hope they didn't put the sensor in crooked, too.

:-)
