  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I think it may be important that we keep this thread on topic... that is, a thread about a thread. Let's not get off topic and start speculating about big news like we did in the last thread. We all know what happens when we start doing that.
 
Yes...of all threads to keep on topic, this really should be the one.
 
Reduser is a Cultural Phenomenon.
 
I could just imagine Jim posting this:

"What thread...? Oh well, nevermind. Just wanted to let you guys know that my profile was hacked today and if "I" posted anything recently, then it wasn't me and it shouldn't be taken seriously"

I'm gonna take a wild guess here... Epic X can be implanted in your visual cortex thereby enabling you to film what you see in 5k.

Unfortunately if epic crashes you head may explode...

and anything goes top 5 potential changes (yes time machines can be included :P )
 
So the thread is = what is the news?

in absence of which all there can be is best guesses based on past comments on reduser.

So. There will HOPEFULLY be news today. Was hitting the refresh button since last night at 3am till the thread disappeared today. Like 40 times.

And like I said before it all disappeared; what ever the news, it will only get us closer to the camera best suited to our needs based on our budget. We know we can buy an Epic M today. We hope to be able to get an X, if we can afford it; and then that leaves those of us that want to start learning on a Scarlet because it is an incredible value for what we can afford.

And then at some point, we can upgrade as we get more proficient; without having to upgrade a whole unit. The modularity really is a huge selling point.

So. Where is the big news?

Yes. Patience young padawan... ;)

1. Epic X pre-orders in store soon to ship after stages 2/3/3.5
2. Epic X with Dragon
3. Scarlet update of some sort
4. RedRay
5. Time Machines in 8K
 
the website got a new look, that changed...:)
 
Jay needs to repost his dog with a kid video. That was great.
 
Badass... Over 5000 people online now. I give the server another hour till it crashes :)
 
I think Jim has the attention of the entire REDuser community now...

Waiting for the ball to drop...
