Whats the best way to deflicker thin horizontal lines in davinci?

Say that you have got a little flicker. Whats is the best way to get rid of it with minimal blurring outside of this thin lines?

If you have introduced a little flicker when sharpened, can you deflicker this without softening the image to much. Otherwise you lose the details you just gained with you sharpen. Is there a better way than using masks to protect the thin lines from getting the sharpening.

Or what is you trick to sharpen without introducing flickering thin lines?

Must you do it in Resolve? I would do it in Nuke or AE, then color in Resolve...
