Whatever happened to Production ramp up?

Eagerly waiting for my turn for the Raven camera. There were a few talks about production ramp up. What happened to that? Any idea?

Especially now that the NAB storm has passed. More cameras are going out though after Brent's update.

Awesome. I will say though, as someone who pre-ordered the night of, I am finding myself beginning to be a little disgruntled with the lack of word on Raven vs. all the love Scarlet-W has been getting, especially since I have money just sitting in my order.

But! Patience is a virtue, just hoping there's word soon. Have a lot of work coming in late May and June that I would love to have this camera for.

Awesome. I will say though, as someone who pre-ordered the night of, I am finding myself beginning to be a little disgruntled with the lack of word on Raven vs. all the love Scarlet-W has been getting, especially since I have money just sitting in my order.

Agreed. Raven seems to be getting the "obnoxious little brother no-one wants to talk about" treatment. I get the hype on Scarlet-W, because it's future upgradeable, but the perception seems to be that the Raven is some less-than-professional prosumer camera as opposed to the Scarlet-W, when the ONLY difference is interchangeable OLPF, lens mount, and a slightly larger sensor. Am I the only one picking up on that?

I son't know whether it's the "little brother treatment", but even little brothers get their attention. No?

Thats why I am sticking with the Raven. I dont use PL glass, the standard OLPF is awesome in it's own right and the larger sensor would be nice but its negligible. As for the upgrade path. Here is the upgrade path...but a weapon eventually and use Raven as B cam. Raven, pre-NAB price was a much better deal than the scarlet-w IMO.
At NAB, a RED rep alluded that their might be an upgrade path for Raven in due time.
