Can anyone elaborate on the power options for Weapon CF/MG.

I'm currently happy with our IDX V-locks on Dragon but not sure if there's a back plate that's Weapon compatible.

I don't mind investing in XL as I love light weight but don't know how long 1 XL lasts? So, for a full 8 hour shoot, how many XL's does one need?

We will be offering the GI in Weapon version - which will give you side-mounted V-lock + 2x D-tap + 1x USB-tap (still need to finalize the specs, prices and other details thou)...
There will also be an upgrade path from Epic/Scarlet-compatible base to Weapon-compatible base for those who buy now the just released version...

There are other Power Modules in the works. The Weapon REDVOLT XL Module in my mind is the most compact, lightweight, and streamlined powering option at the moment. And you can see that in the photographs for sure. If it's anything like Epic Dragon a REDVOLT XL gets you about 1.5 hours of up time. Occasionally a bit less.

Jarred mentioned that Element Technica is currently working on a few options/configurations. Cheers.

Will weapon be able to power a Fujinon Cabrio lens, or do we still need to jerry-rig that solution out of duct tape and bailing wire?
