This is an un-provoked plug for my buddy Vince that has put something pretty special together... The classes I am sure will be great but the video he has put together looks to be priceless for everyone wanting to learn how to move the camera. One of the better graphical shot/movement breakdowns I have seen.

Vincent has always been a big inspiration for me both because of the quality in his work but also because he shares information so freely.
This looks like a great class!

Sweet! Would look even better on a Ronin ;-)

A fotographer speaking about motion? interesting.
What feature did he shoot? I don't know his work. Trying to find on IMDB.
His class presentation is nicely done.

Vince is a great guy and a very knowledgable one too and is very cool of you Jarred to give him this well deserved Plug!

Ha ha, just found this shot with Tom and him holding M8 back in 2011 after the USA Tour....

Signed up for the San Fran session a couple weeks back. Good to get your endorsement Jarred; I'll go in with a little more confidence in the program!

After watching the promo I was sure he must have decent credits in what he is teaching. Interested to know.

I registered for his Austin course last week. It looks like it's going to be a great class.

Vincent is awesome! Love how he is progressing the industry.

300 bucks, sounds well worth it. Vince is going to becoming a master after teaching all these classes.

Will there be any gear to test at the classes? Or a city where there is a two day class with gear to try out?

Any credible class, I take. I have my own ideas about motion, and perhaps arrogantly feel I could teach one of these classes, but through seeing how other people think about things, I always broaden and refresh my perceptions, in some cases convert knowledge that is intuitive or almost unconscious, into something more tangible and explainable to others, as well as reduce the tendency we all have to develop bad habits just because a certain approach is fast, easy and familiar, even though not really ideal.

Thanks Jarred, for the link.

Vincent is an amazing director and cinematographer who comes from a stills background (like his dad I believe) He has done much to progress contemporary indie filmmaking. His NIKE commercial that he directed is avail to watch and is way cool...

If I were available I would take his class....

Just saying.....

Just read about it from a kessler newsletter. Its very cool you could get it on disc for us living far away!

Too bad, but travelling to the us for the workshop is not an option at the moment. :(

To those who attend: It would be great if you could please share your experience. Really interested to know what you guys think about it
