Video: "TimeScapes" screening in Vegas

[Tom Lowe]

This was a really fun night. When I set out to make this movie, part of my goal was to SHOW people what Red cameras can do, rather than TELL them.

We are hoping to do 4K screenings in major cities starting soon.

[Chris McKechnie]

Simply Amazing Tom.

[Zeb B]

Must be nice being the Best at something.

[Justin Kirchhoff]

This is fucking awesome.

Tom, please have a 4K screening in Austin. It'll be packed. I promise.

[Björn Benckert]

Must say that I love what you are up to, it's so far from the regular day to day commercial *^#€%/#"/(? smear most of us are cough up in. So if you need anything, in regards of composing, 3D or such just send a r3d and I will definitely make sure we help out in any way we can.

[Chad Lancaster]

It was an amazing experience Tom, can't wait to see it again

[Timur Civan]

Dude it was awesome.

[Radim Schreiber]

I wish I could have seen it! Congrats Tom. ...seeing the guy that never shed a tear during movie, hiding from the camera and crying is priceless!!! Well done.

[Elizabeth Lowrey]

Tom, more than any single factor, it was viewing clips of your work that convinced me there was a visual style that could help tell the story of my spiritual journey in life. You inspired me not only to commit to a Scarlet (which I'd been on the fence about and trying to justify the expense of for months) but to the Epic, making my purchase on 2/29. With that commitment was an irrevocable commitment to making the film that I think God/Universe has been nudging me to make for a couple of years. So much thanks to you for being that source of inspiration.

I can't wait to receive my Bluray of Timescapes, and I plan on mining all the behind the scenes footage for tips and hints on how you do what you do. I hope I don't end up copying you too much, but count on the fact that I will borrow liberally from your techniques. You know what they say about imitation and flattery.

[Peter Chang]

RED needs to get their 4K projector out, stat! TimeScapes is going to sell hundreds of Sony 4K projectors...

[Jeff Kilgroe]

Tom, it was great to be there!

Timescapes will be THE FIRST thing that gets screened on my RED 4K projector (when it arrives). I will make sure of it!

[Tom Lowe]

Jeff, it was great to see you at the screening! Thanks for coming, man.
