Thanks for the recommendation. We tested our system with several personal credit cards and it worked fine... most of the orders were low dollar values (<$500). We are trying to determine if the problem is on our side (server load, web store application etc) or on the gateway side. We see all the transactions on our store but our credit card gateway isn't picking them up... its just going to take a bit of time to see where the problem resides.CVB, sounds like you might want to shop around for another credit card gateway. We use Internetsecure. They are bulletproof security-wise and have had 100% uptime in the 9 years we have been with them.
For people having problems - online credit card processors weed out fraudulent orders mostly by matching the address you enter to the one on file with your credit card company. To ensure success, you should copy your address letter-for-letter from your credit card bill. If there are two spaces between your city and your zipcode, make sure there are two spaces when you fill in the form. Match all capitalization and punctuation. Try to place the order from the same city your credit card bill is sent to. Find out from your credit card company which phone number they have on file for you, and make sure that is what you enter on the form. The fraudsters have made it difficult for us honest people. BTW.... NAB doesn't let us sell stuff at the show for walk away purchases but we'll have a computer setup to take orders for delivery in May. Oh, and We don't take pennies unless they are in rolls.

The Impero Standard uses a mesh network so you can map multiple units to the same receiver. So yes, you can use three units at the same time to control zoom, focus and iris separately. The data is all encrypted and its spread spectrum so even if you operate dozens of units you should never have noise or interference problems.Excellent products, excellent price, excellent customer-relations. Instead of waiting for the PRO, would it be possible to to use 3 Imperos? Or will the wireless frequencies overlay?

Heres a quick run down on how addressing works. Basically you will plug all three motors together and into the receiver unit. Then plug in the power cable... You will then turn on the Impero and map it to the receiver using a simple paring button. Once you're associated to the receiver you will have to map the zoom, focus, and iris buttons to their respective motors. You hit the address button on the impero receiver and one of the motors will start flashing an led... you would then press the zoom,focus or iris button on the impero depending on what function that blinking motor is supposed to perform. After that, the next motor in the chain will blink and you do the same thing.... until you have all three motors assigned. Now you can start doing your job of pulling focus/zoom/iris.

I'm very interested in the Impero. One thought though... It would be nice to see on the images a pic of the receiver also. Just as you browse through you have to be careful to read that the controller comes with the receiver. The info is there, but I thought a wee image of the receiver included with the controller could make it clearer.
Big question also though... Have you tested it against various other wireless devices? Such as Prestons (if A cam is running a preston while B cam is Impero etc) and video senders? Hopefully these don't interfere with your device, but also hopefully your device doesn't interfere with them either.

Matthew, Its looking like that may the the one remaining issue. We looked into having a battery backed power supply in the impero receiver but the problem is that the motors draw about 250 mA in standby mode... so basically the motors draw too much current for a small battery to sustain them during battery changes. One option may be to run a separate battery for the motors... if you get a 150 wHr battery then we could run three motors for about 4 hrs.What happens when you turn the RED off and change batteries? I know you said earlier that each time you switched batteries you would have to re-calibrate the lens.
