  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

VFS Inclino, Imperio, Origo News ??

For a great two or three channel system, Arri has really stepped up to the plate with a relatively inexpensive rig with the strongest motors in the business. Now it's stereo ready as well.

What does a new, single system Bartech system run these days?

I also see that you have time to work on yet another product.. The wireless Origo, but have failed to complete the Imperio, Inclino backorders.

Well good luck with your new reservations! I suspect the reservation orders will be next to null this time..

Sure, there were a few like the three of ours, who placed orders in the last quarter of 08. But given 1) the global recession in late 08, 2) CVB's significant price increase in January 09, and 3) the broad discussion of endless delays starting in late 08 on this very thread, including some that have canceled their orders, there were not a whole lot of new orders made after Sept 2008 when the list ended. I doubt CVB will publish the number of orders, but my guess is that there are nowhere near enough post-Sept 08 orders such that our relative place in line would be anywhere lower than the last 1/4 of total orders. Ergo, we should get ours in the last week of the 4-week (ahem) window.

But what I was really trying to do was head off a few hundred posts of people responding to Peter's request to post order numbers and delivery dates. This thread is long enough and unfortunately, I am now contributing to its length with today's discussion. My apologies.

I'm just about done, just tired of this whole situation. If Christmas comes around again i'm out and going a Bartech...just tired of it all and checking here every couple of days to see if there is an update which of course there aint. The Aussie government has a special 50% tax rebate on capital purchases that expires Dec 31 so if i am going to spend more it's gotta be by then.

To Curt, i'm sorry and this is not a deliver or i'm out from me but just a deadline for myself. I support what your doing and it'll all come together in the end. But REDUSER has been your preferred method of communication and it's become a bit of a joke. People don't mind sitting and waiting for you to get it right but they do demand regular and constant status reports. After all we are the ones that have funded your business venture. I have supported you with all of this and hundreds of times everyone here has said they just want more updates and you can't or won't stand up with that. I am not winging or moaning, just tired of it all.

I asked a refund of my Impero/Inclino 3 days ago... no answer...
I'm really upset, I don't trust them anymore.
Everyone remember the VFS products on Element Technica 3D rig @ NAB.
I went to Amsterdam IBC thinking to finally see Inclino/Impero at least in the ET booth.
It wasn't there.
So I start doubting not just about shipment dates but also about the quality and the functionality of VFS products.
I can't believe in any of their words, if they say something, they're now disappeared for 3 weeks.
May be they're on holiday or may be they're using our money to build an Wireless Origo!!!!
Is not this one of the basic function of Impero???!!!
I hope they decide to pay me back very soon.
Sometimes I fell like people think that money grows on trees...

And ask for reports a hundreds of times with no answer. I don't have time to count them but have you an idea of how many of this 2520 post are about asking updates?

Curt, If you have a good project you will find a venture found that finance you. Is not California the motherland of hi-tech venture founds?
Living on little investors moneys and don't answer them is so disrespectful that I don't know how you could sleep.
Have you ever think that we work every day to pay the smoke are selling?

Hello all
its been almost a year that i have ordered this product and everybody seems to get a bit anxious. I was thinking of getting out and asking for a refund. Today i called at viewfactor and Curt him self answered the phone.

So maybe people like me that are almost ready to abandon might make a phone call.

I decided to wait a bit longer as the product is still in delay.

I thought I would update here since I check myself this thread once a day, and lately nobody is having any news.

Talking to him made me think that he is there and working. He told me that my order will probably ship the 18-th of November. So i will still wait.

I didn't ask about technical information and about the problems that it might have.

Nice one Erfort.

I will call them in the next two or three weeks if i still havn't heard anything. No email replies and this forum is his preferred method of communication. I will definately call him before i make the final decision as a lot of people have had direct talks with him this way. But really, it should not be me who is chasing him.

But in saying this i don't want to pull out, i want an Inclino...and i guess it's more about me getting ticked off with the lack of communication rather than waiting for the finished working product. So my reason for pulling the pin would be a stance on just hearing...nothing. But he still has a LITTLE time left for my part anyway:)
