  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

VF | Brook $149 Top Plate, anyone?

+1 for dark grey.

I'm also a fan of the dark grey. I'll probably be picking one up when VF starts taking orders.
 
C'mon guys, nobody cares for the red version? I think it's sexy!! Definately going to get me one of those when available. + other VF stuff for my Scarlet rig because the price and value is amazing.

We made some changes to our prototypes based on feedback, I'll be able to post pictures our final prototypes once we have them for approval!

Looks great dude well done, will definitely be recommending it to a few companies I work with down under.

Battle ship grey or the red and black for me, will buy one right now. Will you guys do engraving like the other top plates you have?

Having bright colors or shinny bits on cameras looks good but is never helpful in a professional environment. Cameras are painted black for a reason, Ill take mine in black.
 
Sure is a big fine hole for the wifi-signal to get out of :)
In future design you could make the top-plate a wave-guide so the wifi-energi is directed sideways/back and forward and not just up. If you have acces to some fine tools you could make the entire top-plate a sympathetic resonance antenna to amplify the signal.

I'd go with battleship gray ;) Seriously this plate is probably even more interesting for the typical SCARLET than the typical EPIC person.
So match it to the Scarlet's brain color...

As much as I like color, I'd rather either have my own buyer defined color than one single thing having a red color which doesn't match the rest of the gear,
or just plain and easy stick to the color of the rest of the gear. Thus: gray ;)

Love the red black myself. Stylish, distinctive, and still fits as red black is already in the colour scheme, so no need more for more of the drabber grey.

Can't wait to see what other goodies you guys have cooking.
