Well... it's two questions.

1.) When i ramp from 24 to 60 or 120, is there a way that the shutter speed does not chance causing the exposure to darken? is there a way i can keep all the settings constant while the camera ramps?

2.) When I do a ramp from one frame rate to another, can i then ramp again to a different frame rate or the one i started with or is it limited to one ramp and thats it?

i am aware of that, but i know that there are ways that when i ramp, my shot doesnt underexpose. if you are using a PL lens, could you compensate with the fstop?

You must keep the shutter "time" consistent over the speed ramp. You can put the camera in shutter "time" mode, (as opposed to shutter "angle" mode) and set the exposure time to be 1/(highest framerate*2). Just use that exposure for the entire speed ramp, thereby keeping your exposure consistent.

I think there is something in the latest cam beta build that addresses this, check out the notes

Mike, what are the advantages of doing a ramp on camera rather than doing in post? Why not shooting at 60fps or 120fps and then choose the best moment to do the ramp?
