So, I think I installed the beta. But where is the new autofocus. Test AF but it only has adjustable size for the AF square. Dont see any kind of parameters dealing with face detection or such, or am I missing something?

I don’t have my camera with me right now but there was definitely another setting for the face detection, pretty sure you have to enable it in the settings. Has a beta tag.

Had the briefest of time to try it out, but definitely tracked my face even when part of my face dipped out of frame, Keen to experiment with it further.

Hey can you shoot us a video on this? I’d love to see how this work?

The facial detection feature in the new beta firmware version seems like a nice start, especially considering the large size of the CMOS in the V-Raptor. I'm really looking forward to subsequent developments. However, the new beta version seems to have increased power voltage requirements. Using a regular V-mount battery doesn’t pose any issues, but when I connect the camera's power port to the 16.8V V-mount battery's D-Tap port using a spring cable, the voltage supplied by the V-mount battery to the camera is around 14.4V. In this situation, the camera occasionally shuts down automatically in the new beta version. I wonder if this issue will be resolved in the official firmware version.
