Looking like I will have my email soon, so power is a eminent issue to be dealt with...

What options are there for V-Lock plates for the Epic that I seem to not find? Reds option od on back order.

I alerady have and am very happy with the Switronix dual/hot swap for my R1-MX, but need that for my R1-MX.... Has anyone heard if they are releasing one with the correct cable? Seems like a no-brainer thing to release.

Anyone else making such a thing yet? I am going to rely heaviliy on my suite of 8 bricks (Switronix again) and need a way to power the camera without the adapter cable.

Thanks for the assist,

Scott

If you want to use existing R1 power plates, there is an adapter cable that they ship with your epic for an additional charge. Think its called the 1b to 2b cable.

Thank you. I am wanting to avoid another cable/adapter and get an Epic specific power plate. I assume the new Backpack plate has the new, smaller 1B (?) Lemo on it and would not fit the R1, which is fine. But besides being backordered, I would love an Epic/Scarlet specific batter plate.

Does anyone know if ET, Switronix have something in the works?

That's a quick look at the plate. Details tomorrow or the next day - the plates are at the anodizer. :)
