Hi Samir, these shorts were actually designed to be displayed in a theater setup at various trade shows throughout the year. They are also featured in an informational App for iPad called "USPS Ideas"
Here is the link to that app (which I was the project director on as well) if your are interested:

Also, they of course wanted them on YouTube as well.

Thanks for the question!

Matt, I really think this is the future of marketing... using a well told story (and well produced, as your CLEARLY IS - great job) to communicate features and benefits of a product or service. I know commercials have been doing that for years, but 3-5 minute shorts via desktop web and mobile... makes me really want to hone my skills. I really enjoyed everything about your piece here.

Loved it!!

Indeed, Ultra Primes were used and the Zeiss 70-200 compact zoom as well.
Also used a Ruby for the wider shots.

May I ask what your shoot and post schedule was for this awesome piece?

(I'd love to know the rough budget too, but that might be asking too much!)

I pitched the concept 1st week of January, it consisted of 3 main components:

-3 short films to be used in a trade show booth theater environment.
-8 cut-down versions of the shorts into even smaller pieces to be delivered via an iPad App
-An iPad App that contained relevant info and videos about the services featured in the short films.

It was all meant to work together.

We spend most of January getting pre-production, locations set up and getting the printed mail pieces designed and printed (because they needed to be seen on camera)

We started shooting the 2nd week of February, production ended February 21. (The App was being developed at the same time, I had to approve screens for this in the evenings)

Post began February 25.

We delivered the completed shorts and the iPad App on March 14th.
