  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Upgrade Paths

Do you guys have a stock pile of sensors for upgraded CF weapons? or are all sensors you have already in cameras you are selling?
 
Things must be getting pretty wild over yonder at Crazy Jarred's Discount Village today.

My little Scarlet MX just grew Helium wings. No RED left behind. Thank you for that.
 
I'm waiting out my VV notification (or for the hold-over Helium install)... Do Forged owners with paid-for VV upgrades (with first day NAB time-stamps) figure somewhere in the frontish of the upgrade lines?

Same boat Tim. My Epic Dragon cleared QC Aug 5th and I am still waiting on my MG package. Are we still in line for our upgrade and/or do we consider bumping up for the Epic W at this point?

Said so, can you clarify what is the priority allocation on the Epic-W you have in stock daily?
1. New orders
2. Upgrades from other cameras (One-MX-Dragon)
3. Scarlet-W switchers based on original timestamp

Or is it different?
On 500+pages of the other thread, it was the only question still unclear to me. I was hoping to understand it today.
 
Brent, can you explain what happened to my camera? 1,5 hours ago I could see my current Epic as a viable option for one of the upgrades on red.com. Now I only see my Red One as a trade-in option. I sent that camera back in 2011 i think, when i upgraded to the Epic. Then i have done a Dragon upgrade sincel but can´t see any of those in my account. Could there be something wrong with my account? I don´t want to loose out in line... :) Thanks!
 
THANK YOU is indeed the word of the hour! Although I'm not one hundred percent sure yet which route to Helium-W will be mine in the end, all of the upgrade paths on the table today are so crazy good that it's nothing short of breathtaking. So a big, big shout out to Jarred, Brent, my bomb squad rep Daniel Judge who had an email from me flying at him minutes after the announcement went live and all the other incredibly hardworking people at RED (last but not least those that actually designed, engineered and build this new little wonder called EPIC-W)! You guys all rock!

Oh, and very special thanks to Jim for starting this crazy ride in the first place. Although I don't post much here, I've been on board almost since day one and I'm looking forward to many more years to come.
 
Has anyone clarified, for those of us still waiting on the Scarlet-D Owner's S-W Package, will we get the same accessories and add the $9500 to the total due, or do we forgo the discounted $5,545 in accessories, for the $19500 body upgrade?

Correct, if you are a RAVEN or SCARLET-W deposit holder, you will get in that new queue based on timestamp. So, no huge rush to get in touch with your rep, your timestamp is locked. But don’t wait too long, if we get slammed with orders for any given upgrade path, we reserve right to end that path prior to Dec 31.

Ah, yes, only those with deposits on RAVEN or SCARLET-W get access to those upgrade paths.

Posted earlier. If you don’t have your WEAPON Mg back, then the current paths are what your options are. Since your DRAGON was executed for WEAPON Mg upgrade, you need to cancel that to see current eligibility options online.

Thank you RED for extending the upgrade paths until Dec. 31st! I was worried it was literally gonna be a one day only thing lol. Very much appreciated!!
