  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Just putting some feelers out to see if it's worth selling our EPIC package.

EPIC X, bought about 5 months ago, has seen little use. About one job per month so far.

Includes:

Body w/PL mount and side SSD. (Also eligible for free dragon upgrade)
4 256gig SSD's
Pro i/o
Module Adaptor
REDMote
ARRI FF5 follow focus
RED Production Pack rails
W00den Camera battery backpack
Custom made Innerspace case
4 RED bricks
Switronics charger that charges 4 brick batteries

I have gotten a lot of requests to break the package up. Guys I had no idea that this would be so popular, lol. I will talk with my business partner and if he doesn't want to purchase it, then I will make another thread with prices for each item and you guys can pick which items you want.

Ok guys, I have been getting tons of responses to buy the whole package.... And after talking with my other business partner (my wife) we agreed that we would take out a couple of things and add a couple of things.

Firstly, we removed the tripod, head, and lenses. I don't know what I was thinking adding those into the bunch, but come on guys, I can't just throw $30,000 worth of gear your way for nothing, I don't know you that well. My wife wanted to murder me when she saw what I listed this for.

Secondly, we added things like the 9" Touch, Bomb EVF, Rails, handle, and DSMC Top mount.

We did adjust the price accordingly, down to $46,100. We have spent tons of time going over the numbers and the prices are fair according to our estimation. We want to sell the package for $46.1k, and that gives you the buyer $22,614 off of what we spent on the gear originally just a few months ago, (not including shipping).

Now I know several of you have written me and told me that you are in the process of buying an EPIC package right now, so this should appeal to your bottom line quite a bit. We have kept our gear immaculate, and all of it is working perfectly. Some of the gear hasn't been used at all and is still in the original packaging.

There will also be those of you not so happy that I changed the deal... Trust me I know, I would be pissed too. But my relationship with people I live with is far above my relationship with you, so suck it up, and realize people make mistakes.

If no one is interested in this deal any longer, then I will part it out and sell off the pieces individually.
 
How about the Red Prime lenses - are you planning to sell those separately? What is the price on that?

Jupp.. Can not say much about that. Curious to see how this sale goes, it's still a lot of good stuff in there and I think sellers just as buyers have the right to change their minds.

Firstly, Bjorn your beard is B.A bro! When my beard grows up, it wants to be like yours.

Secondly, Yes we will be selling the RPP's. I will be listing them for $19k soon

Thirdly, I truly am sorry about the shifting of the sale, I am a big giver and I am always trying to give great deals to others. My wife really has to reign me in sometimes. I have given away $10k cars, $3.5k watches, brand new designer clothes, and lots of other stuff. Sometimes I just go crazy with it, lol.
