  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

The V-Lock - Top Handle thing

If you have PagLink batteries (or other of similar high), there is a completely and easy free solution: use a x-acto knife to cut around half of the thickness of the handle rubber outer shell.
Just the thickness of the "D" letter will do the job (and only on the under side of the handle, just the letter "D", that is above the battery. It will take just 5 minutes and thats it!

Remember to press the "Eject" button on the RED V-LOCK Expander, while mounting and removing te battery, so you don't have to rise it so much.

but that only clears those batteries, most Vlocks use the same standard hight, and that does not clear the handle.

In that case the next cheaper solution will be cutting the handle like you showed in your video. The handle is just an aluminium tube with rubber outside and threaded at the ends. Just cut a portion, make a new thread and replace the rear top end.

dont even have to thread it. Screw of the handle, cut it off (one of the rubber letters is perfect length) then tape the rubber end cup with threads inside to the cut off end and pour liquid metal epoxi into the tube so it pours down and locks the end bit. Wait a couple of minutes, remove the tape and screw back the handle... takes like 10minutes and a angle cutter to get it right. :)
