  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Tell your rep or dealer asap that you want to. I do not believe you will be ordering this on red.com website if you are an S-W switcher. I contacted my dealer a week ago and they put me on their internal priority list. I am set to pick mine up tomorrow at announcement time. All details taken care of except for final balance paid.

Hey Jarred, greetings from Land down under! Does this include Aussie dealers? I placed my SW order a few months ago through Dragon Image and switched to EW as soon as the ripper upgrade offer was announced. I'm super excited that potentially in the next few days/weeks (well if all the stars align anyway) that my first RED will be an Epic W! And wow what a great community!
 
Are we Magnesium owners completely SOL if we don't drop an upgrade deposit for Helium tomorrow, as in the cost down the line (should the opportunity open up again) will be much greater?

Will it be possible just to swap out the Dragon sensor eventually with a Helium one in our Magnesium body even though it's being removed from the line-up?

I doubt you're out of luck you probably have until at least through Dec31st.
 
I thought we were supposed to do all the upgrade machinations on RED.com when it goes live?
 
For those that don't know what to do tomorrow, it's my understanding that if you have a camera in hand you go to red.com. If you don't have a camera (but have a deposit) you just inform your rep (email, call) to say what you want to do, this way the time stamp stays the same.

I assume currently owned CF Weapon to Weapon-Helium will be a Red.com thing?
 
Agh this is all so exciting/nerve wracking.

I'm a s-w depositor but I really need to know the drunk financing details before I commit so i'm gonna hold off letting my bomb squad rep know anything yet.

So I'm pretty much good if I contacted my rep with my plans to change my deposit from Raven to epic-w?

what about already owning your raven to epic-w, call or online?
and this will be avail until dec 31st if we are in no hurry too?
