  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Jarred & Brent - Thank you for all the info and kick ass products!

I started with a Scarlet-W order first with RED in December, then my Bomb Squad rep suggested I switch to a Dealer (AbleCine) in Jan, which I did and finally in August switched the order again to Weapon MG. I’ve not been allocated yet. Will it be possible to switch to the new Epic-W or should I be safe and start a new order for the Scarlet-W and wait for the offer?

What if we ordered a Scarlet-W through one of your distributors? How would/could my order be upgraded/paid for?

AHHH, you're killing me. How many funds do I need to collect soberly before the 11th haha :)

Carlos, cannot tell you want to do. There are paths to EPIC-W from WEAPON Mg as well as from SCARLET-W. Actually, there are paths to WEAPON HELIUM from both....

Deposit amount should not be a concern. I would worry more about getting in your order before the offer expires... You will have a little time, not a lot, to make up your mind.

Im giving the HR department the day off tomorrow and Monday.. so yes no rules. I expect there to be a healthy balance of Foo-Foo pink and purple Flowers and an equal amount of overly offensive things that would get him fired and probably arrested at any other "normal" company.
 
Good day fellow REDi's. I've got a question that I'm not sure has been asked or answered...
For people who have a deposit on a SW and decide to upgrade to EW, will the delivery of EW be based on the date that person ordered their SW, or will it be based on how fast you get your deposit in on the EW? Thanks in advance.

Awesome, you guys are the best. Will what camera owners and upgrade paths get priority in the queue and everything be released simultaneously so we can look at that to sort of guage where we'll be in line as we consider the upgrade? Or will that info follow the deposit window?

Hello RED world. Here is my quick story and question to add to this web of confusion and awesomeness - Yesterday afternoon I was literally just about to pull the trigger on upgrading my Epic-Dragon to an MG Dragon. My plan was to then follow the path to Weapon Helium in a few months. BUT.... the MG option was taken off the site yesterday and I was forced to rethink my life. I had planned this route so that I could pay 15K now for the MG upgrade and then 15K later before Dec. 31 to jump into the Weapon Helium in steps as I don't have the cash for the CF Weapon at the moment.
So my questions is this - Can / Should I still fight to get into an MG now and upgrade again by the end of the year, or will there be other comparable cost paths to the Weapon Helium from my Epic-Dragon come Oct. 11?
The Weapon is where I want to be, so I'm just trying to clarify some options as I know a lot of talk has been about our Scarlet-W friends. Thanks guys.
 
Man that's goooood news for us Raven folks too.
So I can trade in my Raven and upgrade to Epic-W (does that offer get the "we are sorry pricing" too?) Or what will difference be?
Or I can go place a SW deposit now, then on 11th upgrade to the EW and sell my Raven when the allocation time comes....hmmmm wonder what best path will be.

Yeah i was thinking the same thing. I can flip my raven and get in line for a scarlet-w to epic-w with "We are sorry pricing" or upgrade path for Raven.
