  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Awesome. 6:1 at 8K is perfect, that was one concern.

So in the UK i've mailed my rep, that's about all i can do right now... Need to get the full details from her and especially the finance side in the UK.

I assume they're safely home so it will be tomorrow, unless they're working late

You can't do that. Pretty sure you're legally obligated to perform the upgrade people have paid for - or give them the possibility of getting their money back. Remember you've sold them one thing - then you can't just give them something else without asking them if that's what they want. I know people who've sent their cameras in for upgrades months ago and they are now caught in limbo because they don't want Epic-W but rather the Weapon body and the Dragon sensor. What do they do? And what about the credit towards accessories they were promised - does that carry over?

So there is no financing for EU customer and rest of the world?


Or is it working with the AZULE Financing too?
 
There is no option for a Scarlet-W to Epic-W upgrade on the RED website. Am I looking at this right? The only option I see is a Scarlet-W upgrade to the Weapon CF.

I cant see this option either!! Anyone got any advice or links on how to upgrade from a Scarlet-W deposit?

I think your going to be ok with this one. Just reach out to your rep and tell them you want to switch, I think that was mentioned as the only way to do it. The delivery times are based on your S-W deposit timestamp so no rush for you guys.

You need to send your rep an email telling him/her that you want to upgrade, and then just wait until you hear back with the proper details on what to do.
 
I am swtching through my dealer so I am waiting them to let me know something, I am sure that the people that already own the SW wil wait more...but is ok, I can still film with my SW:)
