I must say... stunning richness of color.

Favorite frames (even with online compression banding):

Thanks for sharing Jonny. Great visuals. Love Underdog short film too.

I like the 38 fps would never had thought to try that but it is the limit but beautiful.

I edited my post about the color science and would encourage others to do the same to avoid confusion. But if this is indeed WITHOUT the new color science, then the color can only get better, which is hard to imagine.

So shot at 38FPS with a 24FPS base?

Looks absolutely stunning, and definitely has a different look than the Dragon sensor. Thanks for sharing. Can you share your shooting resolutions, frame rates, lenses, Iso, over here? Thanks

Thank you Andy. The colors are truly beautiful.

Yes shot at 38FPS with a 24FPS base.

Yes looks amazing we'll done, but honestly can you guys really tell the difference between this and Dragon? I don't doubt you I just personally have trouble seeing these things.. I also think sometimes that someone could post a video shot on scarlet MX and name the thread new Epic W footage and half the people would comment how better it looks..

off topic I use to trick my mates with beers all the time. They'd say they hate VB, and all beer tastes the same to me, so I'd buy a shout of VB and no one would notice a difference..

Anyway just tell me to shut up if necessary :)

Where I notice the difference is in the quality of the blacks. And quality in the blacks makes the colors richer... to me.

And Red says the color is more "accurate" and it seems to me that that is true. It seems to be more neutral than the classic Red look (not that I had any gripes about that). And when the new color science comes out in the next few weeks, it will stand out even clearer.

Yes true, but couldn't a good grade & noise reduction to well shot Dragon footage do the same?

Im not trying to put down the footage or helium here (looks amazing), I'm just really trying to open my eyes to it all. I've always had problems trying to pick footage. All I see is usually good and bad. I don't notice the Alexa or Red look etc

once again feel free to tell me to shut up ;)

the Colors... just, all the colors....*jaw just dropped*

seriously though, the footage is amazing, but the colors look absolutely incredible.
