  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

The Movi from Freefly

Was out at Red Bull Dreamline the last few days with a few of the guys from Movi. Should be shipping around the 15th according to them. Was working great out there flying an Epic.
 
The thing frustrating me is that they said they'd be shipping the 15th, but customers would receive a 2-week "heads up" email notifying you that you're up for shipping. If no one has received a 2-week warning email, then that means they're about 2 weeks behind at this point. Even if I were to hear from them today saying it's shipping it two weeks, that puts the delivery into September.
 
Happy to announce that AbelCine will be our official training partner in the United States. Freefly will be working closely with AbelCine to provide an immersive 2 day training course in both their LA and NYC locations. We are really looking forward to this and will use what we learned from our first 2 training sessions to make sure that this course is as informative and interactive as possible. Our goal is to take all the know how we gained in creating the MōVI and pass it on to customers to enable them to create amazing shots.
