  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hey guys, just got my allocation email! SO 1342. Here we go, hope it'll ship within a week.
 
SO # 1424 allocated today Ai Canon Mount Scarlet X......wish my side handle would ship with it, but that 's what I got the VF IDX Battery mount for ;)

Does it really take 5-7 days to process shipping?

And in perfect RED timing, I just now received a FedEx shipping notice for my Scarlet.

EDIT: My red account is now at $0. Wonder if that means my side handle is included? Emailing my rep to see.

I like your positivity. Hahaha. I point it out because you have been somewhat "un-positive" or some might say "realistic" in regard to Red shipping out Scarlet orders. I'm in Temecula, when we get our Scarlets, we should make a movie!
 
More good news today! I wasn't thinking I'd get the side handle either since those are on backorder, but I just got the shippment notification. SO - 1433

Gah, Im happy your getting your parts.

But on the flipside, there are others of us who have received our Scarlets (and Epics) and can't do anything with them since they didn't come with a Touch LCD or Sidehandle. How come other, later orders get their stuff?

Here is my Scarlet. Received on Monday. No touch, no sidehandle, no redmote.

The Scarlets seem to be coming out roughly in order but yeah I can't figure out what's up with the side-handles. I was 50940 and haven't heard anything yet on that front..
 
I have no idea! I got my touch screen like a month ago. I completely agree about it not being fair nor does it make any sense. That's one sweet doorstop you've got there too. Hopefully you'll get an email today. Maybe they just got a shippment? Don't know what to tell you about this. It's strange.
 
Yeah its weird. I have all my accessories (not the side handle though) but no camera and then there are others who have the camera and no accessories....

on the brights side though.. that is the nicest door stop I've ever seen!
