  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

The List - Please maintain

I was picking up some gear from a fellow member. He ordered on the 13th and I on the 15th. Obviously, we're way down the list...but he claims that we are probably only '300' or so back.

I have to imagine that there were at least 2000 more in front of us (I have a 4204 SO)...right?

Not accurate at all, maybe at least 2000 different orders but they are not all orders for a Scarlet X camera. They may be orders for a RED ONE, Epic, Battery, or even box of AA's. Think about it only about 8000-9000 Red Ones were shipped since 2007. If I had to guess there were only a total of 300-700 Scarlet X cameras ordered so far, if that.
 
Scarlet-X Al Canon mount SO 894 Allocated a few minutes ago. Online order.
 
A robo-email tells me my Scarlet Al-Canon Mount allocation has just gone through. SO-1157.
 
This seemingly mass allocation is getting me even more anxious although I may have a good amount of time to go.

That was a wish quickly granted - so 50896 allocated too :). Fingers crossed for rapid logistics now !

You think that low?

I figured that a lot of the mid-thousand SO's would be for other stuff...but I imagined that at least 2000 cameras were ordered.

Now I don't know what to expect anymore.
