  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

The List - Please maintain

Empirical Data: Scarlets started shipping mid Novemeber and about 30 have gone out. Thats about 1/day.

What could make us think that will change?

If your'e going by the list, you're only getting a fraction of the complete picture.

A lot more than that have gone out. If serial numbers are anything to go by, we're nearly at 300.

Thats a good point - if not just an optimistic one. How would you gauge a shipping date from this list right now? I am just trying to get some idea for the sake of the short film im in pre-pro for and the multiple commercial shoots I have in Jan.

You can't gauge anything from it, unfortunately.

If nothing else, it is a small sample of some of the order numbers made.

But it's missing hundreds, if not thousands of entries.

I'm 4024, yet I'm about mid-400 on that list. That's not right.

Right - certainly there are Scarlet orders not on "the list" but a lot of the missing order #'s are accessories, cancelations, etc...just trying to stay optimistic! :)
 
being the Holiday Season and such (Christmas & New Years), Scarlet production line is still working the kinks out so I'm guessing Mid-Late January for those who ordered in the 1st hr to get their camera allocated. Receive camera End-Jan to Early-Feb.

We still have a couple PL orders to finish off, then the "300", then all of us who ordered in the first hour, and so on.

I have a Feature pending for the month of Feb. and I'm probably gonna turn it down from the looks of it. I hope that's not the case but at least I'm prepared. Even if you get your Scarlet, all the accessories will trickle along with it.

This Spring looks promising.

Priority for event goers and early PL mount orders with adjustments for phone order timecodes and actually delivery date. It somewhat roughly sorts by about when they are going to ship unlike a pure SO ordering.
 
Also the list is FUBAR again. I am now #1000 something. Can someone restore it to a correct version? I'm currently away from a computer. Also people... Stop doing whatever it is that keeps screwing it up. :P

Ummm.. but seriously, I'm locked out and can't revert it to a previous version to restore it. The option is grayed out now.
 
Its all good now, just set the version back to Dec 17th 11:25am onwards need to put back any info you have if you are after that time.

Hey Imran thanks for the restore. I reckon someones having fun with the list, it may pay to do regular backups. Much appreciate all the effort, we all do.

I'll do a backup onto another spread sheet when I land, so for the next 14hrs let's try to not mess it up :P

Gavin, are you greyed because you weren't logged into Google or was it just greyed? Mine was greyed till I logged in,
swear i remember you doing restores in the past, strange...
