  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

The Jungle Book 2016 Shot with DRAGON

Mowgli is like Luke Skywalker and Baloo is kinda like a Chewbacca.

Very cool looking trailer. I noticed there's no over the top saturated colors in any of the shots, blending of photography and CGI characters is seamless to my eye.

I've watched the trailer a bunch of times, very impresseive ... that closing shot in the river is insane.

RED has plenty of cinema successes to tout, but I'm not so sure this is one of them...
It has been stated in many online publications that the trailer is actually 95% computer-generated, with only some shots on the boy actor being live-action (and those were filmed in a studio in LA).

Also, Favreau in a Q&A here says the images were captured on Alexa...

That's funny, Alexa isn't even listed on IMDB page. It's either IMDB or Favreau confusing stuff.
