  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

2 new RED 3D Stereo Movies in Asia with Hong Kong production and post-production support
The musical "Chinese Idol Boys", shot last fall, will release 4 weeks later/ last week of Summer holiday, in the 3D Stereo Digital Cinema in China...
3D Stereo Trailor could be seen already in Chinese cinema

Another RED 3D Stereo Movie into her 32 days of shoot...

More theme park, multi-media 3D shoe is produced
Currently a few for the EXpo 2010 3D Stereo and Panorama display...

We always wish RED could expedite our orders..

All I can say is THANKYOU!! I remember waiting with Obin and Amariah Olson for the arrival of RED 610. We were a few months past our hoped for delivery date and beyond anxious to shoot Fatal Flaw. When the FEDEX boxes came rolling in we were beyond excited and Obin tore into the boxes as we watched the parts unfold before us. Yes I will never forget that day, a milestone in my life. We smiled and toasted RED. But nothing quite as memorable as that day shooting in the interrogation room and the sweat dripping off the actors during the intensity of the scenes. Wow the visuals were beyond imagination from when I had written the scene. There is nothing like seeing your vision better than you had imagined it, sends tingles up my spine thinking about it. As I'm writing my new project I can only imagine and try to imagine how much better it will look on the first day of shooting, now that's motivation;) Sooo looking forward to Scarlett and 3D, Thanks Jim and team RED, you are the music makers and dreamers of dreams, you guys ROCK!!

Grr, you make me jealous with that great description ;) I hope I have my own RED Digital Cinema story like that one day! I can't wait to get a really, truly high quality, professional cinema camera. The HVX200s have been good to me, for what I've been doing, but it's time to move up.
 
I am new around these parts. I find it fascinating that this company has a person in charge with the nads to be active on a forum this way. I have used imaging products from the large companies for decades and I've never known the top dawg to be as visible as this. I think it is indicative of a faith in a product and an unusual business philosophy that works. Ya'll seem like a decent sort. I intend to stick around for a bit and see what all the fuss is about. Sure sounds like you folks love these cameras. Ordering four Red Ones for my neck o the woods. Thanks for the chance to make stories purty.

Before I want to say again who I am,
I am Percy Fung whom have 3 Stereo Rig and 5 RED ONEs now
Awaiting for my Raid for 2 months, so I could have my 6th RED

I was named as a fellow of SMPTE in 2008
and work on 150 movies post in Asia in the year 2009 alone.
 
Percy is a good friend of RED. I don't think anyone meant any harm. Maybe a communication thing.

Now... back to the topic. We are all friends here.

Percy, I talk to Sergio all the time on Facebook and we discuss about him buying Scarlet so just to push him in here more, I made a joke to Sergio. You must be taking it wrong here.

And I don't understand why someone who have accomplished so much like you have to prove your identity here. What is going on?
