Tell Apple you want FLUT in APPLE COLOR!!!

Here we go again.

Seems to almost have worked the first time.

This was what I submitted:

SUBJECT LINE:

APPLE COLOR SUPPORT FOR RED CAMERA COLOR SCIENCE


Please take the time to implement FLUT™ and SHADOWS controls into the RED tab of APPLE Color. It will help users access all of the tools RED has made available with the release of their New Color Science and fully enable the RED plugin for APPLE COLOR.

Screw FLUT...

I want a COLOR to have a fully open interface for I/O, devices and plug-ins so that RED could fully incorporate Rocket support and a RED panel or even a full RED room that does everything REDCINE-X does.

OK, that said. Yeah, I'll take a FLUT control. And anything else we can get, even if it's one control at a time.

I actually emailed Apple about this earlier today and now
this thread pops up.
Glad to see fellow Redusers making noise on this.

I think Richard Darge has the right idea in also requesting support for
Red Rocket. With this upgrade bundle happening with MX there will be
many more RRs in the world and I'm sure many of those are being placed
in FCS environments.

I really hope Apple stays on top of this as support for Red Rocket in Color and throughout the Final Cut Suite would be a welcome addition.
