One Summer Swell is our first short piece. It's a surf and bodysurf short film narrated by surf legend Ron Romanosky and featuring waterman Pat Towersey during the unique summer swell of 2014 in Newport Beach, CA.

It has entirely been shot with the RED Epic. I worked on every aspects from the shooting, the editing to the color grading and I even produced an original soundtrack. The main lens used was the Century 150-600mm PL and I used the Canon 16-35mm f2.8 for the underwater shots.

Enjoy!

Hi Octave, really enjoyed your film and I like the soundtrack also.

Nice, Yes surf films does not need to look like untreated gopro stuff. Nice texture and feel all the way trough.

I really like the color on this. Great and subtle grade. Very nice. Makes me miss Newport.
