  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Stills from RED...

It might not be a big deal, but I just shot this yesterday, and I cant stop staring at it.

very interesting design qualities. it is almost the "realistic" form of multi-perspective work (like cave paintings, picasso, etc.)

(not that i'm comparing picasso to cave painting... well i guess i am, but i'm not even kidding, those cave paintings are really good! i'm serious!)

i also like the whole idea of a void of space that it portrays, and the contrast between the seen and unseen.

One more :-)

Original M 27, pre build 15, Red 18-50mm. You guys picked this for the first user-input Red reel at NAB years ago.

Ran through the new color science, because Red doesn't age. Red is like fine wine and whiskey, it just gets better.

Shawn... still love that shot. It's so magical.

Every time I look at this thread there's more and more stunning images being posted. Thanks for the fantastic inspiration!

Great images!

Chris, that is some very nice stuff - may I ask what glass are you shooting?

Thank you! I'm afraid I might get carried away with my grading though.... I have trouble just leaving things alone.

The top 3 are canon EF 16-35 L II at 16mm wide open.

The rest ( and my favorite of my lenses ) are with the canon EF 24 L 1.4 II

This one wasn't taken with a Red, but it's my favorite picture of me shooting with a Red:

Great Stuff Guys.
Congrats.

Canon lenses. A few images of North Carolina.

Ha, I knew it immediately. North Carolina has some of the most diverse locations anywhere, all gorgeous. I miss Wilmington...even Raleigh. Beautiful shots, really capture the essence of it all.

Insane talent, truly humbling.

My 2 cents...
