Has the handle become an integrated part of the brain?
NO... everything is modular.

Has the handle become an integrated part of the brain?
Maybe it's too early, maybe it's not. Maybe it's still a secret and maybe it's not. But Jim can you say anything about what specifik parts the Fixed Scarlet will come with?
Maybe you guys could come up with a snorkel module, to put everything but the lens behind the shoulder of the operator. Then at least we wouldn't have to listen to the constant moaning.
Wait till you have it in your hands and put it on your shoulders before you start judging ergonomics. It's about how it feels, not what it looks like.
Looks really nice. Unfortunately it appears like you would have to hang a few sandbags off the back of the shoulder pad to balance out how extremely front heavy it would be.
Sure is nice to have Finner back, hey Jim? (ha)
plus my eye and my shoulder are not on the same level
yeh .. i know its modular ... its just a funny render thats all
but you are missing some info.
Jim
You mean the 2nd handle post?
Hey, making cameras is serious business and I shouldn't have said that the render seemed funny.
This dude abides
(you will have me as a customer anyways)
Older render but size comparison is right.

Two more ribs??? There is one more rib in this particular I/O module, but the brain is the same. There will be a few I/O modules...

these are looking great.
How hot is the hot surface on the "brain" would it be a issue when you mount a handle?
