Step down rings for Red Pro Mattebox

On Red.com it says the RPMB comes with a 140mm ring, a 114mm ring, and a 110mm ring. From the store you can buy an additional 104mm ring, and 95mm ring. I need a ring for two zoom lenses with 134mm front diameter. I want to use the RPMB. But there's no 134mm stepdown ring from Red. So how would I use the two together? Could I use a ring from another manufacturer? If so, I need to know the native mattebox diameter (usually 150mm, sometimes higher, usually no lower than 143mm). Could anyone hit me up with this info? I would greatly indebted to you.

Jason, while you are at it, please also make a swing away gate for the RMB that works together with the 19mm red mattebox 19mm rod mount. I would for sure buy one and I think everyone else that invested in a RMB would buy one as well. I been hoping that RED should make such but it has been a while since it came out and I do not see much progress. Love the red mattbox and it's modularity but can not use it with our hawks that has a spinning front... think I'm not the only one.
