1. I built this camera for myself. With the latest beta build, I could use this camera forever and die a happy man (especially now that I have a 12 month warranty). We still have lots of things to do to make it better... but I DON'T NEED THEM! I LOVE this camera. My hat's off to the RED team and their complete sacrifice to the cause.

I get the sense that full frame 60fps REDCODE is too far down on the priority list. That seems important to many of us. I know it is for me. That's all I ever bother to post about since I'm very happy with everything else and RED has so much work to do.

How much more dynamic range can we expect from the new daughter board BTW? Significant? 1/2 to 1 stop? Anyone heard.

I built this camera for myself.

Everyone, I think this is the main reason the RED camera is as good as it is. Whenever someone makes something for themselves, the quality is often superior to products made primarily for other reasons.

Is the EVF enabled yet? I saw a picture with gibby sporting it, but I don't know if it was just for show or not. Maybe Brook could post an update on what is working at this point and what has yet to be enabled. I'm not sure with all of these firmware updates, what is actually working now.
