  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Yeah, I saw that. It's basically a guy with a cnc setup cutting vinyl stickers. I'm not sure if it's a copyright issue since you are basically hiring a guy to make you custom stickers for your cases or whatever. He'll do your serial #, make them any size etc. Not sure how different that is from selling sign painting services. He also does panavision etc.

OK, just to play devils advocate, lets say you own a Ducati. You get a custom paint job on the bike. You then go to a graphics shop and have them make you a bunch of cool new Ducati decals. How is this any different than some guy selling custom stickers?

perhaps he doesn't know what that "TM" on his stickers means :)

It would be illegal to custom print your own t-shirts that have an apple logo. This is no different. "TM" means only WE can make money off this logo/entity/drawing. I'm sure he'll be receiving a cease and desist letter shortly.
 
Fair enough, but I feel bad for a guy in his garage trying to make a buck getting attacked like he's running a sweat shop in Burma making Red merchandise.

He'd probably make more bucks if he actually had an original idea of his own...
