Soderbergh's Girlfriend Experience- Trailer Online

I asked this a little earlier in the thread and didn't get any bites: Does anyone know SS would choose anamorphic for this film and limit himself to 2.8 lenses for a natural-light shoot?

He's shooting Panavision anamorphics, a lot of which are T2. Plus the image characteristics of anamorphic lenses are worth it. Does anyone know if he shot the informant anamorphically?

I thought he said in the interview that he was limited mainly to 2.8? Seems to me, if you're shooting dark interiors and car interior shots mostly, especially on a camera with fairly low native ISO/ASA, you'd want MPs or super speeds or something really fast?

For sure. I wonder if he's just letting it go noisy (like Full Frontal). I vaguely remember hearing from the Sundance screenings that it looked amazing though.

Just watched the film and despite a few very slightly video-looky moments, it looked incredible. For a completely available light film, it was gorgeous.
