  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

It's been a while since we've done one of these, but I think I will give it a "go" on Monday, May 31st. We will start at 9PM Eastern Standard Time/6PM Pacific Standard Time.

It will not be a "podcast" setting, but rather a place where we can chat about various projects we are currently involved with...as well as a place where we can hopefully fill each other in on things that different individuals might still be confused about.

I look forward to another fun time with you people from literally "around the globe"...
 
By the way, by becoming my "friend" on Facebook you will receive invites and notifications for future events such as these. Facebook tells me there are "8 confirmed" and "13 maybe attending". The limit for Skype conference calling is 25 callers including me.

I am working on making this a great time to allow everyone to network with each other in a more personal way than what we can do here on the forums via text.

I look forward to meeting with you all...
 
definitely sounds like an amazing idea, does great for those that can't physically meet everyone due to constraints and what not...

We've got about 12 people that have said they will be joining and another 19 who have said they might be attending. We'd love to have you too, Imran...
 
Count me in I suppose, 3 am here for me too so apologies in advance if I'm groggy.
I also have an idea that I'd like to pass by people if there's time to get some feedback.
 
Hey guys, very encouraging to see the excitement around the event. We will have to another one of these around 3am my time so the others around the world can have a better chance of possibly getting on. :thumbsup:
 
Sounds like a great idea, but won't be able to make it this time.

Any chance it's recordable in some way to share with those of us who can't be up at 3am? :smile:

I bought a Skype recorder and will probably talk to the participants about their feelings. I'd rather me having the control over what gets out and what doesn't...not a thing of rudeness, but it's been important to have that control in the past. ;)
