  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Shut up and shoot that RED (NSFW)

I like it, sort of... Looks great sometimes ;) It comes with provisos, where even cheaper PL glass tends not to.

Although the crisp, simple, cheap modern Canon 24-70L gets lots of use, as does the Tokina 11-16, other stills glass is less versatile and less dependable. Even our oldish 18-50 Red zoom feels like a reliable old friend compared to any of them.

CA is just my latest excuse to shoot monochrome ;)

The 85 Nikon has a fairly pretty bokeh wide open, and gets really really sharp stopped down at all.

Hahahaha! To the CA thingy!

But "old glass" (PL) - at least most of what I have access to, has significantly less CA tan most of the canon lass I have tried thus far...

Please keep them coming! Just read the entire thread and loved your images. To me the color shots with the purple shirt were the weakest. Overall however you make stunning photos. As a fellow DIT I share your desire to push the Epic in personal projects. My favorite sculpture professor taught me that to break (/ rebel against) artistic rules you must understand them first, and I see your photography in that way.

Thanks for the inspiring work!

Thanks.

There is a lot more to come.

Next up, probably an abstract musicvideo to improvised music... :)

Cheers guys and thx for the support!

Ouch! Fighting a bit with bothe Vimeo and Youtube right now...

Vimeo doesn't make the filme available. Youtube craps all over it. Where is Odemax when one needs it?

Gunleik this is fantastic. Nice work with the capturing of the light. Beautiful is too easy a ward to describe with.
